Returns
If you change your mind within 7 days of receiving the order, you can return it to us. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned to us in its original packaging with no sign of wear or distress. Sales is final after 7 days of receiving the item.
There are some items we cannot refund. Please check out the "What Cannot Be Refunded" section below.
The cost of a return is borne by you. Please use a tracked delivery service because Lovingly Hers is not responsible for any lost returns. Write in to us at sales@lovinglyhers.com within 7 days of receiving the order so that we can assist you with the process of the return.
What Cannot Be Refunded?
- Body piercings (due to hygiene issue)
- Earrings (due to hygiene issue)
- Hair accessories (due to hygiene issue)
- Willfully damaged items
- Worn items
- E-gift cards
- Exchange rate differences
- Credit card bank charges or transaction fee
- Shipping charges
Refunds
All refunds will be processed within 10 business days upon receiving your returned item. The refund can only be sent via the original payment method.
