We are exclusively online therefore we don't have a physical store at the moment.
Will an item be back in stock?
We are ecstatic that you love our item! But the decision to bring back an item will be dependent on the demand and also our factory manufacturing capability at that moment. Please contact us here or email us at email@example.com so that we can try our best to assist you.

Do you provide customisation services such as engraving?
We don't provide customisation services at the moment but we are looking into it! We will announce it on our website and social media should it happen.
How long are the E-Gift Cards valid for?
E-Gift Cards are valid for a year from the date of issuance.
Can I change the value of the E-Gift Card after I have purchased it?
Unfortunately, once you successfully purchase the E-Gift Card, we are unable to make changes to it. We suggest reviewing your cart before you make the purchase.
Can I exchange the E-Gift Card for cash?
E-Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
Can the E-Gift Cards be reloaded?
E-Gift Cards cannot be reloaded.
Can the E-Gift Cards be used for payment in conjunction with a discount or promo code?
Yes, they can be since they are a form of payment.
I lost my E-Gift Card code. What should I do?
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can email the E-Gift Card to the original customer.
Can I use the E-Gift Card to buy another E-Gift Card?
You can't use an E-Gift Card to buy another gift card.
Can the E-Gift Card be used more than once?
Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.
Can I cancel my order after I have placed it?
Unfortunately, once you successfully make an order, we are unable to cancel it. We suggest reviewing your cart before you make the purchase.
Can I make changes to my order after I have placed it?

What should I do with a faulty item?
We are really sorry you received a faulty item. Please email us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the faulty item so that we can assist you with the return of the faulty item. For more information on how to return, please refer to Returns & Refunds for the details.
We will inspect the item on return and willfully damaged item will not be refunded.
